Limited Warranty

Concord Limited One-Year Warranty

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Concord Supply LLC stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. This Limited Warranty describes the warranty coverage available for eligible Concord products purchased directly from Concord Supply LLC or an authorized Concord retailer.

1. Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Concord product and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

To receive warranty service, the original purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a Concord order number, sales receipt, or invoice showing the original purchase date.

Products purchased secondhand, through an unauthorized reseller, or for resale are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

2. Products Covered

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, this Limited Warranty applies to new Concord-branded products, including:

  • Concord Trolleys
  • Concord Aero Cabinets

3. Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty lasts for one year from the original delivery date of the product.

If the original delivery date cannot be verified, the warranty period will begin on the original purchase date shown on the customer’s receipt or invoice.

Replacement products or components provided under this Limited Warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Providing warranty service does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

4. What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, Concord warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with applicable product, assembly, care, weight, and safety instructions.

Covered defects may include, when caused by a manufacturing or material defect:

  • Structural failure of the product body or frame
  • Defective hinges, latches, handles, locks, or installed hardware
  • Defective casters or wheel components
  • Defective drawer rails or internal mounting hardware
  • Manufacturing defects that materially prevent the product from functioning as intended

A condition is not considered a covered defect merely because the product shows normal signs of use, aging, or cosmetic wear.

5. What Concord Will Do

After reviewing and approving a warranty claim, Concord will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the defect, product availability, and the practicality of repair.

At Concord’s option, Concord may:

  • Provide troubleshooting or adjustment instructions
  • Supply replacement parts or components
  • Repair the defective product or component
  • Replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product
  • Issue a refund of the original product purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available

Replacement products or parts may be new or functionally equivalent to new.

If the original model, component, material, or finish is no longer available, Concord may provide a reasonably comparable replacement. Minor differences in appearance, material, color, finish, or construction between the original and replacement product are not considered defects.

Warranty remedies do not include compensation for loss of use, installation expenses, third-party labor, business interruption, lost income, or damage to property stored inside or around the product.

6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Misuse, Accidents, or Improper Handling

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact, dropping, or collision
  • Improper assembly, installation, handling, transportation, or storage
  • Use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed
  • Failure to follow product, care, assembly, weight, or safety instructions
  • Exceeding recommended load or weight limits
  • Damage caused by placing excessive weight on drawers, shelves, doors, handles, or the top surface
  • Damage caused by children, pets, machinery, vehicles, equipment, or other external forces
  • Damage caused by moving or transporting the product without properly securing it
  • Damage caused by using the product with equipment or accessories for which it was not intended

Environmental Damage

  • Exposure to rain, standing water, excessive moisture, humidity, condensation, or outdoor conditions
  • Fire, flood, natural disasters, extreme temperatures, or other environmental events
  • Corrosion, oxidation, staining, or discoloration caused by chemicals, salt, liquids, cleaning products, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, solvents, polishing compounds, or unsuitable cleaning tools
  • Damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or other environmental conditions

Cosmetic Conditions and Normal Wear

  • Scratches, dents, scuffs, marks, chips, fingerprints, stains, discoloration, fading, or surface wear occurring after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Wear to caster wheels, bumpers, drawer liners, felt pads, protective surfaces, or other components expected to wear through ordinary use
  • Minor variations in color, texture, brushing, grain, welds, rivets, seams, alignment, or surface finish that do not materially affect the product’s function
  • Changes in appearance caused by aging or regular use
  • Cosmetic differences between product photographs and the delivered product caused by lighting, screen settings, production variations, or the natural characteristics of the material

Cosmetic defects or damage that are present when the product is first delivered must be reported promptly in accordance with the “Shipping Damage and Delivery Issues” section below.

Alterations, Repairs, and Third-Party Damage

  • Damage caused by alterations, modifications, drilling, cutting, painting, refinishing, or structural changes
  • Damage caused by parts, accessories, or equipment that are incompatible with the product
  • Damage caused by improper repairs, installation, or service performed by the purchaser or a third party
  • Damage caused by the use of incorrect replacement parts
  • Damage caused by failure to properly reinstall, adjust, or secure a repaired or replaced component

The use of third-party parts or repair services does not automatically void this Limited Warranty. However, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by those parts, modifications, repairs, or services.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

For custom foam inserts and other custom-made products, this Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Dimensions, layouts, designs, or configurations approved by the customer before production
  • Fit issues caused by incorrect or incomplete dimensions, equipment lists, product names, photographs, models, templates, or other information supplied by the customer
  • Fit issues caused by incorrect manufacturer specifications or measurements supplied by the customer
  • Changes made to the customer’s equipment after the design was approved or production began
  • Personal preference regarding positioning, spacing, firmness, appearance, orientation, or layout after the customer approved the final design
  • Minor fit variations that do not materially prevent the custom product from performing its intended function

Manufacturing errors that cause the finished custom product to materially differ from the customer-approved design may qualify for warranty review.

7. Shipping Damage and Delivery Issues

Damage occurring during the product’s initial shipment or delivery is handled separately from this Limited Warranty.

Customers should inspect the product and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Visible or concealed shipping damage should be reported to Concord within seven calendar days of delivery.

To report shipping damage, the customer must provide:

  • The Concord order number
  • Photographs of all sides of the exterior packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping labels
  • Photographs of any visible damage to the packaging
  • Photographs or video showing the damage to the product
  • A written description of the issue

Customers must retain all original packaging until Concord confirms that it may be discarded.

Failure to retain the packaging or report shipping damage promptly may limit Concord’s ability to submit, investigate, or support a carrier claim.

Customers must not return a damaged product without first receiving written authorization and shipping instructions from Concord. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

8. Warranty Shipping, Inspection, and Repair Costs

Contiguous United States

If Concord determines that a product must be returned for inspection or repair due to a potentially covered warranty defect, Concord will provide the customer with return authorization and return instructions.

For an approved warranty claim within the contiguous United States, Concord will cover reasonable standard shipping costs to and from the repair location designated by Concord. Concord will also cover the cost of covered replacement parts and repair labor.

Customers must not ship a product or component to Concord without prior written authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product in its original packaging or other suitable protective packaging that meets Concord’s instructions and the carrier’s shipping requirements.

Concord does not cover:

  • Packaging services
  • Replacement packaging
  • Crates, pallets, or custom shipping containers
  • Expedited shipping
  • White-glove delivery
  • Product removal or installation
  • Third-party labor
  • Transportation to or from a carrier or service location

These expenses will only be covered when expressly approved by Concord in writing before they are incurred.

Concord is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient, unsuitable, or improper return packaging.

Claims Found Not to Be Covered

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this Limited Warranty, including damage caused by misuse, accident, improper handling, unauthorized modification, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or another excluded condition, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Shipping the product back to the customer
  • Any requested repair or replacement costs
  • Replacement packaging or freight-service charges
  • Applicable inspection or diagnostic charges disclosed to the customer in advance
  • Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges when applicable

Concord will obtain the customer’s approval before performing any repair for which the customer will be charged.

If a customer declines a non-warranty repair, the customer remains responsible for the cost of returning the product.

International Orders, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

For warranty claims outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, the customer is responsible for shipping the product or affected component to and from the repair location designated by Concord, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The customer is also responsible for:

  • Packaging expenses
  • Customs clearance
  • Import and export documentation
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Carrier surcharges
  • Storage fees
  • Remote-area fees
  • Other transportation or governmental charges

Concord is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or incomplete documentation.

Whenever reasonably possible, Concord may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, adjustment instructions, or repair instructions instead of requiring the return of the complete product.

Concord may choose to provide a replacement component without requiring the defective component to be returned. This decision will be made at Concord’s discretion based on the nature of the claim, replacement-part availability, shipping cost, and applicable legal requirements.

Shipping Damage During Authorized Warranty Service

If Concord provides or arranges the return shipping label, Concord will assist with eligible carrier claims arising during authorized transportation, provided that the customer followed Concord’s packaging and shipping instructions.

Damage caused by insufficient, unsuitable, or improper packaging is not covered by this Limited Warranty.

The customer must photograph the product and packaging before shipment and retain all shipping receipts and tracking information until the warranty service has been completed.

9. Product Identification and Serial Numbers

Concord products may include a product identification label, model label, or serial number plate.

Customers should not remove, alter, cover, replace, or intentionally damage these labels.

Concord may deny a warranty claim when the product identification or serial number has been removed, intentionally altered, falsified, or made illegible and Concord cannot reasonably verify the product’s authenticity, purchase history, or warranty eligibility.

Normal wear to a serial number plate or product label does not automatically void warranty coverage.

10. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact:

Email: contact@concord.supply

Please include:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Your Concord order number or proof of purchase
  3. The product name and model
  4. The product serial number, when applicable
  5. A detailed description of the issue
  6. Clear photographs of the entire product
  7. Close-up photographs of the affected area
  8. A video showing the issue when movement, alignment, sound, or operation is involved
  9. The date the issue was first noticed
  10. A description of how the product was being used when the issue occurred

Concord may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, documentation, or reasonable troubleshooting before approving a claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that the claim is covered. Warranty coverage will be determined after Concord reviews the information provided and, when necessary, inspects the product.

Customers must not ship a product or component to Concord unless they have received written return authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

11. Replacement Products and Components

Products or components removed or replaced as part of an approved warranty claim may become the property of Concord when Concord requires them to be returned.

Replacement products and components may differ slightly from the original in color, material, finish, hardware, construction, or appearance due to product improvements, production changes, or availability.

When an identical replacement is unavailable, Concord may provide a reasonably comparable product or component.

A replacement product or component does not create a new warranty period. It remains covered for the balance of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year period of this Limited Warranty.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Concord Supply LLC will not be liable under this Limited Warranty for incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of use
  • Lost income or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party labor or service expenses
  • Rental or replacement-product expenses
  • Damage to floors, walls, vehicles, equipment, or other property
  • Loss of or damage to items stored inside or around the product

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Relationship to Other Concord Policies

This Limited Warranty is separate from Concord’s Return Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

A warranty claim concerns an eligible defect in materials or workmanship. A return based on preference, suitability, color, appearance, size, configuration, or change of mind is governed by Concord’s Return and Refund Policies.

Submitting a warranty claim does not extend any applicable return period.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, country, or jurisdiction.

Any provision of this Limited Warranty that is found to be unenforceable under applicable law will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
