• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
